A Newport family that fixes things for its neighbors.
Any Moment is Austin Molter's company. He's been a plumber since 2009 and added heating and cooling in 2021. He opened Any Moment in 2014, and today it's a family business in every sense of the word.
Why Any Moment
Ask Austin why he started it and you get a short answer. To provide for his family, to meet new people, and to give back to the community. He's not big on speeches. He'd rather show up.
The family behind the trucks
Austin's wife, Katelynn, helps run the company and keeps the day-to-day moving. They're raising four kids, and the two oldest are starting to learn the business alongside them. Family owned and operated isn't a slogan here. It's who's at the dinner table.
How we work
We treat customers like family, not like a paycheck. Here's what that looks like:
- A real person answers. Any hour, 24/7, 365.
- A truck on the way fast. Most of the time we're at your door within an hour of your call.
- A straight answer. We fix what's wrong and leave the rest alone.
The crew
Today it's a crew of 9, licensed, bonded, and insured, and a Coleman Premier Dealer. Plumbing, heating, and cooling across all of Monroe and Wayne County, based in Newport.
Licensed, bonded, and insured. Family owned and operated.
